i have this exe file, witch contain the drivers for my wifi card. im running windows on vmware as guest os, and linux as host.
i need the driver files so i can get the wifi running using ndiswrapper in linux.
i tryed executing the .exe file, but it complaines that the hardware is not present before it extract its content. vmware does not emulate real hardware, so thats makes sense. is there an other way, then installing windows on a drive, installing the wifi card properly, and then hunting for the driver files? I want to be able to see what dll's,or other exe's are comprised of making or inside the exe file.
Something really easy and not technical would be great!
